Swap Meet Vendor Application
Welcome to the 2020 Watervliet Wind Warriors Swap Meet.

Please fill out this application for table space at our event.
​
As a Vendor you will receive the following
when the form is filled out:


 • 9'x9' Vendor Space.
• 6' or 8' Table Depending availability!!! 

(We have a limited number of 8 foot tables, so its really first come first serve)
• 2 Chairs.
• Clubs may also advertise information for their club and can purchase table
space using this form.


As a Vendor you are expected to be responsible for your items, your transactions, etc.
Also please clean up after yourself. Any items left behind by a vendor will either be
considered abandoned items unless otherwise specified by the owner. They will either be
trashed or given away!!!


The Watervliet Wind Warriors are not responsible for your items,
or transactions.


All Radio Controlled hobbies are welcome!
Airplanes, Cars, Helicopters, Boats, Etc. Also aviation related crafts, art, or
anything else related to the Radio Controlled Hobby, or General Aviation is
welcome.


Cost per Table is $15.00, with all proceeds to benefit the Tom Brown Youth Aviation Program!!


Local Clubs may utilize vendor table space to promote their club or an event.
Local Clubs will be charged a Donation of $5.00 per space. At any time, clubs may
NOT sell, or raffle any items on these spaces. These spaces are for promotional
purposes only!!!



ONE VENDOR PER TABLE PLEASE! If a company, hobby shop, local club, or individual
purchase a vendor space they are allowed to have helpers, but cannot
allow any others to sell from that space.

ALL vendors MUST NOT begin packing up until 3 PM unless authorized by Show Organizers 

These rules are in effect unless otherwise approved by Show Organizers!
